Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY:

If you would like to return an order because you have changed your mind, you must tell us no later than 14 days after the date you receive the last of your items and you must return your items to us within 14 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order. 

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will let you know whether you need to return the item to us and if you wish to exercise your legal right to reject the item you must return it to us. 

For USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand customers please return items within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn.
Or if the items are missing tags, labels or original packaging (cellophane bags and/or shoe boxes)

Jezzelle.com reserves the right for the final decision in regards to the return items condition.

Office hours: Monday - Friday / 10:00 am - 18:00 pm.
Allow up to 48 Hours for a reply.

Please note: Free returns are only available for the labels sent via email.
Returns sent using any other method are at the customers own cost and liability.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, 
unless a faulty or wrong items is sent.

Upon arrival, the returns are subject to inspection for compliance with our Return Policy.
Exchanges or Replacements are processed within 3/5 Working Days.
Refunds are processed within 10/15 Working Days.
 

REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE:

If you need to replace the same item, in the same size & color combination, please send us an email at sales@jezzelle.com and let us know all the details.
Subject to availability.

Should the replacement be not available, or should you generally prefer a different item - let us know as soon as possible via email sales@jezzelle.com 

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Only regular priced items are liable for returns, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Unless a faulty item is received, in which case a full refund will be applied.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you have received an email notification of the refund but haven’t received the money yet, first check your bank account again.

hen contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
